4. Booking & Payments

• All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized channels

• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking

• Prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise

• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made in writing via email

• Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation and specific retreat/course terms

• Certain bookings may be non-refundable or partially refundable

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe

Medical Emergency Exception (Goodwill Clause):

In genuine medical emergencies, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis upon submission of valid documentation. Approval remains at the sole discretion of MUSICPLUS RETREATS.

6. Participant Responsibility

• Participants are responsible for their physical and mental well-being

• You agree to disclose any medical conditions prior to participation

• We are not liable for injuries, health issues, or personal losses during retreats or sessions

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including:

• Text, images, videos, music, course materials is the intellectual property of MUSICPLUS RETREATS and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

8. Code of Conduct

Users and participants agree to:

• Maintain respectful behavior during all interactions and events

• Not engage in unlawful, harmful, or disruptive activities

• Follow all guidelines provided during retreats and sessions

Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• MUSICPLUS RETREATS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the service

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and use your data.

11. GST & Taxation

• All applicable taxes, including GST, will be charged as per Indian laws

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing details

• GST invoices will be issued where applicable

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi (INDIA)
