CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

MUSICPLUS RETREATS/ONLINE SERVICES

Effective Date: 10th December 2025

1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to MUSICPLUS RETREATS. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms governing cancellations, refunds, and transfers for all services offered, including retreats, workshops, online sessions, and digital courses.

By booking or purchasing any service from MUSICPLUS RETREATS, you agree to this Policy.

2. RETREATS & OFFLINE EVENTS

2.1 Cancellation by Participant

- 30 days or more prior to retreat start date: 80% refund of total fees. 20% administrative charges or Non-Refundable initial deposit(whichever is higher) deducted.

- Within 30 days of retreat: No refund

2.2 No Show

Failure to attend the retreat without prior notice will be treated as a “No Show.” No refund will be provided in such cases.

2.3 Transfer of Booking

Participants may transfer their booking to another individual or request a transfer to a future retreat (subject to availability and approval) up to 15 days before the retreat start date.

2.4 Cancellation by MUSICPLUS RETREATS

In the event that MUSICPLUS RETREATS cancels a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to insufficient participation, natural calamities, or government restrictions), participants will be offered:

- A full refund, OR

- The option to transfer to a future retreat/event.

3. ONLINE COURSES & DIGITAL PRODUCTS

3.1 Refund Policy

All purchases of online courses and digital products are non-refundable once:

- Access to the course/content has been granted, OR

- Any material has been downloaded or accessed

3.2 Technical Issues

In case of verified technical issues preventing access to purchased content, MUSICPLUS RETREATS will:

- Provide necessary technical support, OR

- Offer a partial or full refund at its sole discretion

4. LIVE ONLINE SESSIONS / WORKSHOPS

- Cancellation 48 hours or more prior to session: Eligible for 90% refund or rescheduling. 10% Administrative charges deducted.

- Cancellation within 48 hours: No refund

- Cancellation by MUSICPLUS RETREATS: Full refund or rescheduling option will be provided

5. MEDICAL EMERGENCY EXCEPTION (GOODWILL CLAUSE)

In case of genuine medical emergencies affecting the participant or an immediate family member:

- Requests for refunds or rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis

- Supporting medical documentation may be required

- MUSICPLUS RETREATS reserves the right to approve such requests at its sole discretion

6. PAYMENT FAILURES & DUPLICATE PAYMENTS

In case of failed or duplicate transactions:

- The excess or failed payment amount will be refunded

- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days, subject to banking timelines

7. MODE & TIMELINE OF REFUNDS

- All approved refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment

- Standard processing time: 7–14 working days

- Delays caused by banks or payment gateways are beyond the control of MUSICPLUS RETREATS

8. NON-REFUNDABLE COMPONENTS

The following components may be non-refundable:

- Registration or booking fees

- Payment gateway charges

- Third-party costs (including venue, travel, accommodation, or partner services)

9. GST & TAXES

- All prices listed are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise

- GST, once charged and collected, is non-refundable, except where required under applicable law

- Any refunds processed will be net of applicable taxes, unless otherwise mandated

10. FORCE MAJEURE

MUSICPLUS RETREATS shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

- Natural disasters

- Acts of government

- Pandemics or public health emergencies

- Travel restrictions

In such cases, participants may be offered rescheduling, credits, or partial refunds at the discretion of MUSICPLUS RETREATS.

The timeline of cancellation/refund request will be calculated from the date & time we receive the request in writing to our inbox.

12. GOVERNING LAW

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

13. POLICY ACCEPTANCE

By accessing or using the services of MUSICPLUS RETREATS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
